Huge thanks for the pictures! They were well received. Now the dust has settled I've started to receive reactions to the conference. Everyone is in agreement that the percussion session was a very successful opening to the conference. The reactions have been very enthusiastic. Thanks again for everything and I hope that we can organize another event together some time.

Dear Ellen,

Thank you for your message. The next day we went to work with dissatisfaction in the group over the way we work. While there was a tendency to find solutions in terms of structure or procedure, we've tried to get across that great teamwork is a process of mutual respect, accepting differences and that it's okay to learn from mistakes. The percussion workshop experience was invaluable to us in this respect. In a broader sense the training aspects were also very useful. Thank you.
